Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the video-on-demand (VOD) service provided by Hangulsoup (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Provision

2.1. Description of Service: The Service consists of access to the Taste of Hangul Soup - 7 Drops of Courage: A K-Culture VOD Curriculum sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access. 2.2. Lifetime Access: "Lifetime Access" is defined as access for the period during which Hangulsoup continues to own the rights to and operates the Service. Hangulsoup reserves the right to cease operation, upon which access may be terminated, subject to prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)

3.1. Ownership: All content, including videos, text, graphics, and code, provided through the Service is the property of Hangulsoup and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 3.2. License Grant: Upon purchase, Hangulsoup grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the VOD content solely for personal, non-commercial use. 3.3. Prohibited Use: Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or downloading the VOD content. Sharing account access or distributing content is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. 4.2. Lawful Use: Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5. Termination

Hangulsoup reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, particularly for unauthorized content sharing (Section 3).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Hangulsoup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Korea (South Korea), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

Hangulsoup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
